Geoff Sharp passed away peacefully on 13th August 2025 at James Cook University Hospital, following a fall at home.
There will be no attended funeral at Geoff’s request.
A wake will take place at The Golden Lion in Northallerton on Thursday 18th September at 1.30 PM.
Iain would be delighted to welcome anyone who knew Geoff and wanted to attend.

Subject: Increased Flying RAF Leeming
There will be increased movement by aircraft operating from RAF Leeming from 25 August to 21 September 2025. The Station will be hosting fixed wing aircraft and helicopters for a tri service exercise which will include low and late flying.
We understand our responsibility as good neighbours to inform the local community of such events that are additional to our normal flying activities and every effort will be made to keep the disturbance to a minimum.
