Yorkshire Day Vintage Afternoon Teas
Thanks to everyone who baked, made sandwiches, served, sold
tickets and made the village hall look lovely with fabulous garden flowers
and Yorkshire flags. And, thanks to everyone who came along and enjoyed it!
With a well-supported raffle, we raised a total of £1033 to support St
Leonard’s church.
Family Service at St Leonard’s Welbury this Sunday 9th August with Rev Julia
There will be congregation participation! Please stay for refreshments after the service.
Welbury Village Show Schedule for Saturday 15th August
Attached an updated schedule as you may have noticed the classes in ages 11-16 years were incorrectly numbered.
In the printed version that class starts on the bottom left of the centre of the booklet then continues over the page opposite the entry form .
Also to clarify that the flower arranging section is to be done without using Oasis
I’m sure there may be a few other minor glitches as people start to consider what to enter so if you find anything please let me know so it can be corrected (again).
